Committee and Coaches meeting - 21st September

Postby mattH » Wed Jul 22, 2009 10:05 pm

There will be an important committee meeting on Monday 21st September to discuss Intro Week/Sports Fair plans and lots of stuff that will affect the year ahead - BUT this meeting is definitely more than just for the committee (I know I always say it – but this one more than the other times I really really mean it!).

Critically, could all people who coach at Holt Park or in any other capacity please attend this meeting to discuss plans for the first few busy pool sessions, how coaching within the club will work and how it can be developed.

We’ll be chatting about loads of different stuff that affects YOU: How much it’ll be for you to go to Polo every week, ideas for the socials for the first term, video coaching possibilities, the development of freestyle within the club etc.

Exact time and venue of the meeting will be announced nearer the time along with a final agenda from Chris – BUT FOR NOW PLEASE KEEP MONDAY 21st SEPTEMBER FREE!

The meeting will be Monday 21st September at 5pm in ARC meeting room 8. That's just next to the balcony/upstairs entrance of the Riley Smith Hall, upstairs in the Union.

See you there!
