Memberships will go live, hopefully before the GIAG
Price of memberships should be reduced with the help of the university.

Wetsuits and new kit will be bought soon
Thick fleeces/coat (Montane £140 for a thick coat, Buffalo £130). Buying in bulk will reduce the price.
Committee hoodies?
University offers 33% if we buy the hoodies they supply which has the university crest logo and ‘canoeing’ underneath.
Hats and hoodies will be bought from a different company this year and will begin to put orders through after freshers/GIAG when members have joined.

River trips
First GIAG weekend of the 30th
Surfing? Canal?
Transport- 2x mpvs and 1x van

Focus a lot more on social media (Beth’s friend will be contributing to this)
More focus on sponsors
Potential to receive sustainability fund (£500) and sport England small funding grant
The uni with most freshers on the water will receive 2 free lessons.

Bowling after the GIAG- date will be change so doesn’t clash with varsity
28th October otley run
Christmas meal 7th Dec

Tyne tour
4th of November
We will have to get an idea of the numbers going before buying tickets/transport
Tickets should be bought for party and paddling

A bin will be put in there from now on
Regular meetings to clear chapel and get rid of old kit that hasn’t been touched for a while

Beginning to consider bank transfers as an alternative way of paying as its easier for some people

GIAG- 3rd oct. coaches need to be clearly identified for freshers
Footsteps- when we receive the money we need to pay roho for kit
Roho is now offering 18% discount on kit
Statements for the accident involving the van is needed as a claim has been made
